Holbeach House is a residential care home without nursing providing accommodation and personal care for adults aged 18-65 whose primary need for care and support arises from mental health needs.

Accurate Care Group Limited has a zero-tolerance approach to abuse, neglect and discrimination.
All staff receive safeguarding training and understand their responsibilities under the Care Act 2014.
Safeguarding concerns are reported promptly and managed in partnership with the Local Authority, the Care Quality Commission and other relevant agencies where required.
We accept referrals for adults aged 18–65 years whose primary need for care and support arises from mental health needs and whose assessed needs can be safely met within a residential care home without nursing.
Admissions are subject to a comprehensive assessment to ensure that the service can provide safe, appropriate and person-centred care.
Holbeach House does not provide nursing care.
In accordance with our condition of registration, Accurate Care Group Limited will not provide accommodation for people whose presenting need for care or support is as a direct result of a learning disability and/or autism.
We will also not admit individuals whose assessed needs require specialist nursing care, secure accommodation or interventions beyond the scope of a residential care home without nursing.
