2. Our Mission

At Accurate Care Group Limited, our mission is to provide safe, compassionate and person-centred residential care for adults aged 18-65 whose primary need for care and support arises from mental health needs.

We recognise that every individual is unique, with their own experiences, strengths, aspirations and challenges. Our aim is to provide a safe, therapeutic and supportive environment where people are treated with dignity, respect and compassion, enabling them to achieve greater independence, improve their wellbeing and enjoy the best possible quality of life.

5. Purpose of the Service

Holbeach House is a residential care home without nursing providing accommodation and personal care for adults aged 18-65 whose primary need for care and support arises from mental health needs.

Our service provides a structured, supportive and homely environment where individuals receive personalised care that promotes recovery, emotional wellbeing, independence and community participation.

Every person is supported to maximise their potential through personalised care planning, meaningful activities, positive relationships and access to appropriate healthcare services.

6. Our Approach to Care

Our approach is based upon person-centred and recovery-focused practice.

Prior to admission, every individual undergoes a comprehensive assessment to ensure that we can safely and effectively meet their needs.

Following admission, a personalised care and support plan is developed in partnership with the individual, their family (where appropriate), commissioners and relevant professionals.

Care plans reflect:

  • Individual needs and preferences
  • Mental health support requirements
  • Personal goals and aspirations
  • Communication needs
  • Cultural, religious and spiritual beliefs
  • Risk assessments
  • Desired outcomes

Care plans are reviewed regularly and whenever a person's needs change.

Our care is delivered in accordance with current legislation, evidence-based practice and national guidance. Staff receive induction, mandatory training, supervision, competency assessments and continuous professional development.

10. Safeguarding

Accurate Care Group Limited has a zero-tolerance approach to abuse, neglect and discrimination.

All staff receive safeguarding training and understand their responsibilities under the Care Act 2014.

Safeguarding concerns are reported promptly and managed in partnership with the Local Authority, the Care Quality Commission and other relevant agencies where required.

11. Admission Criteria

We accept referrals for adults aged 18–65 years whose primary need for care and support arises from mental health needs and whose assessed needs can be safely met within a residential care home without nursing.

Admissions are subject to a comprehensive assessment to ensure that the service can provide safe, appropriate and person-centred care.

12. Exclusion Criteria

Holbeach House does not provide nursing care.

In accordance with our condition of registration, Accurate Care Group Limited will not provide accommodation for people whose presenting need for care or support is as a direct result of a learning disability and/or autism.

We will also not admit individuals whose assessed needs require specialist nursing care, secure accommodation or interventions beyond the scope of a residential care home without nursing.

13. Complaints

We welcome compliments, comments and complaints as valuable opportunities to improve our service.
Complaints may be made verbally or in writing and will be managed promptly, fairly and confidentially in accordance with our Complaints Policy.

Our Registered Manager

The service is led by Miss Natalie J Jones, Registered Manager, who is responsible for the day-to-day running of the home. Natalie oversees safeguarding, staffing, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and ensures that the care we provide is safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led in line with CQC standards. Strong leadership and clear governance help us maintain high standards and continuously improve.

From the very beginning, we complete a thorough assessment and develop a personalised care and support plan. This plan reflects the individual’s needs, goals, communication preferences, cultural background, and long-term aspirations. It is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet their changing needs.

Multidisciplinary Support

  • Vocational Therapist
  • Psychologist

This ensures holistic, coordinated, and specialist support when needed.
