I hold a current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council, am a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists, and an accredited member of the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists.
I am also a Certified Professional EAGALA (Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association) practitioner, Sensory Integration Practitioner, ADOS 2 Assessor and Registered Parks Inner Child Therapist (P.I.C.T.)

I have over 20 years’ extensive experience in the care sector, supporting individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, and autism spectrum conditions. My experience includes developing and maintaining community residential services within CAMHS and adolescent and adult health services.

I have a strong understanding of regulatory processes and work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the service operates effectively and remains compliant with all regulations and standards set by the CQC. This includes responsibility for notifying the CQC of safeguarding matters and supporting staff to maintain robust, compliant systems and practices.

Throughout my career, I have supervised and mentored staff and work collaboratively with the team to ensure policies, procedures, and systems are in place to deliver safe, effective, and high-quality care.

I ensure the organisation meets its ethical, financial, and regulatory obligations while supporting the care team to maintain high standards. I remain in regular contact with company directors and board members to ensure effective oversight and governance.

My experience across NHS, private, and charity healthcare services enables informed and collaborative working with the Registered Manager to address challenges, allocate resources effectively, and implement service improvements. I am committed to continuous improvement and achieving positive outcomes for all individuals in the organisation’s care.
