I have over 10 years of experience in Health and Social Care, progressing from Support Worker to senior and managerial roles. I have supported individuals with a range of needs, including Autism, learning disabilities, Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder, and Psychosis, across both residential and community settings.

I am committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, choice, and independence. With a strong focus on safeguarding and regulatory compliance, including Level 4 Intercollegiate Safeguarding training, I strive to maintain safe, transparent services while fostering a caring, homely environment where individuals are supported to achieve greater independence and wellbeing.
