Statement Of Purpose

At Accurate Care Group, our mission is to make a lasting and positive difference in the lives of young adults particularly those with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or mental health needs as they take their first steps toward independent living. We recognise the unique strengths and challenges of every individual and are committed to providing a nurturing, supportive, and flexible environment that fosters growth, development, and confidence.

Our organisation is founded on strong values and principles that underpin high-quality residential care for young adults with additional needs. With more than 15 years of collective experience, our dedicated team brings extensive expertise in the social care sector, with a particular focus on supporting young adults with learning disabilities and associated conditions as they transition into adulthood and independence.

Our approach is grounded in an unwavering commitment to person-centred care. We ensure that each individual’s needs, preferences, communication styles, and aspirations remain central to the support we provide. Our goal is to create a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment that nurtures personal development while equipping young adults with the essential skills required for independent living.

Multidisciplinary Team (MDT), which includes a Consultant Psychiatrist, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Speech and Language Consultant, Vocational Therapist, and Psychologist are contracted with Accurate Care Group Limited and will be available on request. Every young adult who joins our service will have access to this expert team, available as an additional service at the request of the local authority. From the outset, a tailored care and support plan is developed to meet each individual’s specific needs. For those with learning disabilities or autism, this may include personalised communication strategies, sensory support, and adapted learning opportunities.

Our services are further strengthened by the leadership of our Nominated Individual, who brings extensive experience in healthcare. Under his guidance, Accurate Care Group delivers compassionate, bespoke support designed to meet the unique needs of every person in our care.

Key Elements of Our Residential Services for Young Adults

1. Holistic Support
We provide more than immediate care. Our support extends to emotional well-being, education, vocational development, and daily living skills. This includes access to education and employment pathways, life skills training, tailored mental health support, and opportunities to build positive social connections.

2. Independence and Autonomy
Promoting independence is central to our ethos. We create opportunities for young adults to make informed choices, build confidence, and develop decision-making skills. Through personalised guidance, communication tools, and encouragement of self-advocacy, we empower each young person to thrive.

3. Specialist Adaptations
We tailor our methods to meet the diverse needs of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health challenges. This may include visual aids, structured routines, accessible resources, and sensory-friendly environments designed to reduce barriers and promote meaningful engagement.

4. Collaborative Partnerships
We work closely with families, social workers, health professionals, educational settings, and community organisations. These strong partnerships ensure a consistent and coordinated approach that maximises opportunities and outcomes for the young people we support.

5. Continuous Improvement
We are committed to ongoing learning and development. Through continuous staff training in areas such as learning disabilities, autism, and mental health—along with regular feedback and outcome monitoring—we ensure our services remain responsive, evidence-based, and tailored to evolving needs.
These key elements align with the Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs) and reflect our commitment to promoting well-being, independence, and personal development for young adults with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and mental health needs.

At Accurate Care Group, we are dedicated to ensuring that every young adult has the opportunity to flourish, grow, and reach their fullest potential as they move towards independent living.
Based in Greater Manchester, we are proud to serve our community with dedication, compassion, and excellence.
